At Christian Retreat, hospitality is our business and service is our ministry! You’ll work with our conference coordinator whose only assignment is to make your special event a success. This experienced event coordinator will consult you on your preferences, follow through on every detail—from selecting a date to choosing refreshments—and stay close at hand throughout your event.

From theater presentations to breakout session and classroom-style setups, we have venues that can be tailored to your event strategy. Our dedicated support staff will be ready to assist with all the details so you can focus on your guests.

Meeting Rooms

Tabernacle

The Tabernacle, a 1000-seat auditorium with a balcony, is fully equipped with audio and video capabilities. It serves as the central hub for ministry activities at the Retreat. The Resource Center is situated in the rear of the Tabernacle. Adjacent to the Tabernacle is the ITC building.

Majesty Ballroom

The Majesty Ballroom, situated on the first floor of the ITC building, stands as one of the largest meeting rooms, boasting a seating capacity of approximately 350 in a theater-style configuration. Additionally, it functions as a versatile workshop room equipped with tables. The Majesty Room emerges as the quintessential venue for hosting grand banquets or elegant wedding receptions.

Great Shepherd

The Great Shepherd room, situated on the second floor of the ITC Building, can accommodate up to 80 people. It’s an ideal space for medium-sized seminars and workshops.

Chapel Theater

The Chapel Theater, situated on the first floor of the ITC Building, boasts a seating capacity of 60. The room features a baby grand piano and offers courtyard access.

Shekinah

The Shekinah room, situated on the first floor of the ITC building, boasts a seating capacity of 80 in a theater-style configuration.

Alpha & Omega

The Alpha & Omega room, situated on the second floor of the ITC Building, is a cozy and intimate space that comfortably accommodates 40 people in a theater-style seating arrangement. This room is ideal for hosting small workshops or serving as a breakout room.

Joy Room

The Joy Room, situated on the second floor of Miracle Manor, offers convenient access to the main lobby. It’s an ideal space for meetings, breakouts, and can serve as a conference office headquarters. With a theater-style seating capacity of 70 people, it comfortably accommodates large groups.

Emmanuel Boardroom

The Emmanuel Boardroom is located on the second floor of the ITC Building. It has a large board room style that can accommodate 12 people. Groups utilizes this room for annual board meetings, as a small bible study room or for church committee meetings. The room comes equipped with a large screened TV.

at The Riverhouse

Overlooking the serene Manatee River, The Loft offers a unique outdoor setting for intimate gatherings or special receptions. This covered space provides a refreshing backdrop for your event, allowing guests to connect and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

at the Youth Building

A versatile space designed for impactful presentations, intimate worship services, or engaging gatherings, The Gallery offers a unique blend of functionality and inspiration. Connected to an indoor pre-function area and gymnasium, with immediate access to outdoor fields, The Gallery provides flexibility for a variety of events.

Broken Bread Cafe

Located in the lobby of the International Training Center, Broken Bread is perfect for small groups or receptions. With the attached Cafe, it's ideal for coffee breaks and provides a welcoming environment for attendees to connect.

Youth Center

Multipurpose sports gymnasium with theater and pre-function space.  Indoor gym can be configured for basketball or volleyball courts.  Theater with stage and audio-visual ideal for keynotes, presentations, meetings and more.
