- Oxygen – Like oxygen, words are colorless, tasteless, odorless, but will keep a fire burning. Am I adding or restraining? Fuel – Does the Lord still own my tongue to speak words of healing, or have I loaned it to my enemy to be used to spew out deadly poison?

- How to Win “The Battle for the Mind.”
- Identify what triggers your negative thoughts and what was happening at that moment, and replace them with alternative perspectives. (Pray often)
- Don’t criticize yourself when negative thoughts arise. Show some self-compassion by responding with kindness and understanding. “I’m not perfect at it, but I’m making progress!”
