- Psalm 68:19 KJV Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
- Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burdens and carries us day by day, even the God Who is our salvation! Selah [pause and calmly think of that]! AMPC
- STEWARDSHIP involves supervising and managing the time, spiritual gifts, and financial resources entrusted to us by God, ensuring their sustainable use.
- THE GOOD STEWARD understands that we are not owners of our lives but rather managers of them.
- 1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. Psalm 23:1 NKJV
- 1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1 NKJV
- 2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God… Romans 12:2 AMPC
- Galatians 5:25 AMPC “Following the leading of the Spirit.” If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.].
- The Good Steward follows the leading of the Holy Spirit.
- Proverbs 11:24 AMPC “Generosity” 24 There are those who [generously] scatter abroad and yet increase more; there are those who withhold more than is fitting or what is justly due, but it results only in want. 25 The liberal person shall be enriched, and he who waters shall himself be watered.
- Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.
